Loyalty Rewards

1. Players must be 18+ years of age to qualify.

2. Loyalty level is classified, on a lifetime level.

3. Bingo Hollywood reserves the right to change a player's loyalty level at its own discretion, as well as the loyalty levels themselves.

4. Bingo Hollywood maintains the right to upgrade or downgrade any player from any Loyalty level on its own sole discretion.

5. Monthly loyalty benefits (monthly cashback, monthly free cards, and eligibility for the loyalty free room) are calculated at the beginning of each calendar month, with regards to the previous months' activity. Daily loyalty benefits (daily free spins and bingo tickets) are calculated based on the player’s activity during the last 30 days (together: Loyalty Benefits).

6. In the event that we have a reasonable suspicion that a user of the Service is abusing or attempting to abuse an offer or other promotion (as further described in the general terms of the site), then we may deny, withhold or withdraw from any user any offer or promotion, either temporarily or permanently, or close that user's account and terminate the User Agreement in accordance with the general terms of the site.

7. In order to be eligible for the Loyalty Benefits, you should be a registered player and to be classified at least as a 'Level 1'.

8. Every £1 wager equals 1 point, regardless to level.

9. If you wagered on the Site and reached at least Level 5, during a calendar month, you will receive a percentage from any of your losing bets, as real money to your account, on the following month ("Cashback").

10. Cashback will be calculated as follows: Wager - Wins.

11. The cashback rewarded will be given as Real Money.

12. The maximum cashback that you can gain is £100 (only one account of each player can receive the 'Cashback ').

13. Cashback will only be credited from £1. i.e. if you are eligible for a cashback lower than £1, no cashback will be credited.

14. Free Cards: As defined in the table above, Bingo Hollywood reserves the right to change the game to which free tickets will be credited to at any given time with no notice.

15. Free Spins voucher: According to your loyalty level, you are granted with 'Free Spins', as defined by table above.

16. Free Spins wins are capped in Games Bonus funds.

17. Once players use all of their Free Spins, the total winning points that they have accumulated from using the Free Spins will be converted into a games bonus: Every 100 points = £1 in games bonus funds (subject to the maximum winning amount below).

18. Free Spin winnings will be granted only after all Free Spins have been used.

20. Games Bonus wagering requirements: In order to withdraw games bonus funds and any winnings connected with those games bonus funds, you must wager 30x the amount of the games bonus funds. Only wagering with games bonus funds will count towards the wagering requirements.

21. Funds won from a games bonus can be transferred to real cash up to the value of £100, plus the initial bonus amount granted.

22. Winnings generated as a result of wagering games bonus funds, will be added to the games bonus bankroll.

23. Bonus funds available on selected games only.

24. Please note that not all Instant Games contribute the same amount towards the wagering requirements. The following is a list of contributions for each individual game type: Video Slots, PJP & Slots, Arcade, Scratch Cards, Keno – 100%, Hi-Lo Games – 50%, Roulette Games, Video Poker, Baccarat, Blackjack Games - 0%. For example: if you wager £500 on Hi-Lo game, only £250 (50%) contributes towards the wagering requirements.

25. If you do request a withdrawal from your real money bankroll before fulfilling the above wagering requirement you will lose all games bonus funds.

26. Free Spins and Kaching Free cards will be credited daily.

39. Tickets will be credited by the 5th of every calendar month.

40. Players level 6 and above can receive Free Bingo Tickets to play in the Ace Club room.

41. Players level 11 and above can receive Free Bingo Tickets to play in the Ace Club Diamond room.

42. If a player has not made a deposit during a period of 30 consecutive days he will not be entitled to receive his benefits, however his loyalty level will remain and the player will be entitled to his loyalty benefits again once a deposit has been made.

43. Your monthly loyalty Benefits (if any) will be awarded to you by the 7th of every month.

44. Promo is valid until Midnight and may be extended by the company sole discretion.

45. Players located in Northern Ireland cannot participate in this promotion.
