Fruit N Loot Summer Giveaway Promotion Terms and Conditions

  • The promotion is only open to players who are aged 18 and over. Employees of the casino operator, their affiliates, distributors, subsidiaries and individuals of promotional partners, prize providers, agencies, the immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings and respective spouses) are not entitles to enter.
  • This promotion commences on Friday 27th July at 00:01 (GMT +!) and will run until Friday 3rd August 23:59 (GMT+1) the promotional period.
  • Players need to place a qualifying wager within the promotional period on any or all the following slots in order to be eligible for the prize draw. Froots, Wild Cherry, Chitty Bang.
  • A qualifying wager is £10**. For each £10 wagered the player earns one (1) ticket entry into the prize draw. For example: If a player wagers £40 within the promotional period, the player earns four (4) ticket entries into the prize draw. For the avoidance of doubt, wagering for all 3 qualifying games will be combined together in order to calculate the number of tickets a player is eligible to receive. Winners of the prize draw will be chosen randomly in a draw administered by Pariplay.
  • The first forty (40) players drawn at random will each win one of the various cash prizes as per the table below. Pariplay will notify the operators of their winners within five working days of the prize draw via email. The prize money will be paid directly by Bingo Stars Network.

  • The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Pariplay reserve the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
  • If a player's account is self-excused or closed at the time of the draw, their entries will be null and void and another winner will be drawn.
  • All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Entries made by macro or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which to not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full, will be disqualified and will not be counted. Where Pariplay suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, Pariplay reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from this promotion, and/or suspend that player's account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
  • Pariplay cannot accept any responsibility for any damages, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting or participating in any prize.
  • Winners are liable for any relevant taxes applicable in order to legally claim the prize.
  • Pariplay will only use personal details of players supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purposes, unless we have your consent.
  • By taking part in this Promotion, players agree to the specific Promotional Terms and Conditions.
