Getting Started

How do I register?

Registering for Bingo Hollywood is simple. All you have to do is click the Join Now link on our home page, then fill in the form on our registration page. It only takes a minute or two and then you're ready to play bingo.

Who am I contracting with?

The operator of BingoHollywood.com is Roxy Media Ltd. in partnership with Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Ltd. Cassava Enterprises is regulated by the Gibralta Gaming Authority.

Do I have to spend ages downloading lots of software?

Absolutely not! Bingo Hollywood is a non-download bingo game, so you're ready to get straight into the action as soon as you have registered. Just click the Play Now link at the top of any page on the site to enter the game. The only requirement is that you have at least Flash version 8 or above to run the game software. If you do not, you must download if first from the Flash website here.

How Do I Log In?

You can log in to your account at Bingo Hollywood through the log in box at the top of every page on the site. You must be logged in to deposit money, withdraw funds, edit your details, or play the games.

I have forgotten my alias or password, what should I do?

How Do I Refer a Friend?

You can invite your friends to play bingo with us at Bingo Hollywood too. Make sure you are logged in first, and then choose the Refer a Friend option from the My Account page, in the Loyalty Points section. Every friend you refer to Bingo Hollywood will earn you an extra 5000 SPs to spend on bingo.

Does Bingo Hollywood run on a Mac or a PC?

You can run the Bingo Hollywood game on either a Mac or a PC. And you don't require a super powerful computer to play the game. It will run on the average home computer. Put it this way, if you can surf the net, you should have no problems playing at Bingo Hollywood. We do recommend that for a better gaming experience you play through a broadband connection.

What Deposit methods do you accept?

All banking is provided by Brigend, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cassava Enterprises Gibraltar Limited. You will notice their logo when you launch the banking interface from Bingo Hollywood. Brigend accepts most payment methods. Credit and debit cards accepted are Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Switch, Solo, MasterCard and Maestro. Brigend also accept Neteller and Fire pay.
PLEASE NOTE: Brigend does not process withdrawals back to MasterCard.

How do I deposit money into my account?

Making a deposit into your bingo account is simple. Once you have registered, just click on the Fund Account link under Banking on the My Account page of the site. Brigend is the name of our payment system. Whenever you choose to do anything with your account the Brigend window will open simply choose what you want to do from the menu on the left of the Brigend screen and then follow the instructions.

What is the minimum amount I can deposit?

You can deposit as little as £5 at one time. But please remember that you will not receive a deposit bonus on any deposits of less than £10.

What is the minimum amount I can withdraw?

The minimum amount you can withdraw from your bingo account is £30.

Can I withdraw money won with my free welcome bonus?

Any winnings that result from purchases of bingo cards with a Free cash sign up offer may be redeemed for cash by providing debit / credit card details, subject to a minimum amount of £30 and if the players Bingo Account has previously been funded with a cash deposit. The Free cash sign up bonus cannot be cashed out at any time.

I have made a withdrawal, when will the money be in my bank account or on my credit card?

It takes up to 8 working days for funds to appear in your account. All withdrawal transactions are processed by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited within 2 working days from your original request. However your bank or Credit Card Company may take up to 6 working days from then to complete the process.

We will allocate withdrawals to cards used on your account so as to cover expenditure on those cards across the life of the account.

Can I set myself personal limits on the amount that I can deposit and withdraw?

Every player has deposit and withdrawal limits set on their account. The deposit limits set when you join are £1,000 / day, £3,000 / week and £5,000 / month. You can change your deposit limits yourself by contacting our Customer Support team using the help form on our support page or by telephone on 0808 2389 814 anytime! Alternatively, speak to one of the staff in our chat help room in the game.

The cash-out (withdrawal) limits in relation to the bingo games are as follows: Daily Limit - £1,000, Weekly Limit - £2,000 Monthly Limit - £3,000.

IMPORTANT NOTE: It is our policy to make checks to validate your identity in the case of large withdrawals and we will ask you to provide us with photocopies of the card you are withdrawing to (front and back) plus two pieces of ID:

1. Either Passport or Driving License
AND
2. Bank Statement or Utility Bill

In the case of a Wire Transfer we will require you to provide us with copies of your bank statement showing account details and personal information.

How will my transactions appear on my bank or credit card?

What are Star Points?

Star Points often referred to as SPs, our loyalty points rewarded for playing on the site. You earn points for every card you purchase, every friend you refer, in chat games, in our weekly specials, weekend tournaments and in team bingo. To learn more about SPs, read on here.

How do I redeem the SPs I've earned?

Every 1000 SPs you earn is worth £1. Redeeming your SPs is easy. All you have to do is log on, go to the My Account page and click Redeem Points in the Loyalty section. Type in how many points you wish to redeem and click the Redeem Points button. Please remember that you can only purchase bingo cards with the money redeemed from SPs.

What deposit bonuses do you give at Bingo Hollywood?

You get extra bonus money with every deposit you make at Bingo Hollywood. We will match your first deposit on the site with a 300% bonus up to a maximum of £150. So, deposit £10, get an extra £30, deposit £50 and get an extra £150. Minimum deposit to qualify £10. Max bonus allowed £150.

Every subsequent deposit you make we will match with a 75% bonus up to a maximum of £200. So, deposit £10 and get an extra £7.50, deposit £100 and get an extra £75.

Please note, the minimum deposit required to receive any bonus is £10

Can I claim the welcome bonus then withdraw without playing?

Your bonus money is there to give you a chance to play and enjoy Bingo Hollywood for free. However, we do not allow you to withdraw your bonus money at any time. Of course you can withdraw any money that you win whilst playing with your bonus cash!
